1. General Information

This website is operated by FoodCost&Co. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

FoodCost&Co sells exclusively digital products, including guides, recipes, templates, and food cost calculation tools. All products are available for immediate download or online access after payment has been successfully processed.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Once payment has been confirmed, the customer will receive immediate access to the purchased digital product via a download link or through a secure customer area.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Pursuant to Article 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to these conditions.

Returns and refunds are not available, except in the case of documented technical issues preventing access to or use of the purchased product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content sold by FoodCost&Co is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale of any purchased product is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FoodCost&Co shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the digital products purchased through this website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Padua (Foro di Padova).
