FoodCost&Co sells exclusively digital products (downloadable content and online-accessible materials).

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Pursuant to Article 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that they waive the 14-day right of withdrawal provided under EU consumer protection law.

Refunds

As our products are digital and become immediately accessible after purchase, refunds are not available except in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded.

• The content received is materially different from the product description.

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at info@foodcostco.it, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
